Alejandro Osses / Founder
Como fotógrafo, ha sido reconocido con el premio Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year y ha contribuido a más de 15 revistas internacionales y una decena de libros sobre cultura gastronómica. Es fundador de Mucho Colombia, Frito Latam y Migrant Food Culture, plataformas que destacan la riqueza cultural de los sistemas alimentarios migrantes y la biodiversidad gastronómica.
Alejandro Osses Saenz is a visual anthropologist and project manager specializing in gastronomy and culture, based in Madrid, Spain with over 10 years of experience in developing visual narratives. His work focuses on food systems, counter-narratives, and the connection between the visual and the social.
As a photographer, he has been recognized with the Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year award and has contributed to over 15 international magazines and numerous books on gastronomic culture. He is the founder of Mucho Colombia, Frito Latam, and Migrant Food Culture—platforms that highlight the cultural richness of migrant food systems and gastronomic biodiversity.
